More Planning Updates

on Wednesday 09 January 2008 - 21:07:11 | by E M Swanson
We are still waiting to have the plans accepted, the planning office are really "dragging their feet", considering that I am only refurbishing the practice, my disabled patients are suffering as we are waiting to have these important disabled facilities! Unfortunately, despite my pleas to councillors, I have no ambassador to help promote my case...it is very frustrating when there is evidence of more controversial plans going ahead!
Sorry, to vent my feelings here, but as you may guess i am thoroughly sick of the huge time consuming process required to submit plans, have them refused and now having to resubmit them.
WHEN? they are finally accepted I will have a more patient-friendly, contemporary dental practice which I trust we shall all benefit from.

Children

on Wednesday 09 January 2008 - 19:37:31 | by E M Swanson
We are updating the children's fees from February 1st 2008;
Check-ups will still be free for children if their parent/s have seen the dentist within one year, there has been a moderate price increase in filling prices, i.e. they now start at £10 for the smallest filling. An updated children's price list is available at the reception.
Unfortunately, because of burgeoning regulations the costs of running a dental practice has increased many times more than inflation. Therefore, we have had to adjust our fees accordingly. Please note that our Children's prices are still greatly discounted and this offered as an important service to our regular patients.
